Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Photos or videos may be required as proof. In these cases, we will resend the product at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is lost during shipping, we will send a replacement free of charge. However, if the loss occurred due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or free reshipment.

Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene and logistical reasons, we do not accept returns if the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, KOOPFY™ covers the shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer error or preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method.
